Going from strength to strength, this creative event production agency has become known for producing and delivering high quality events including conferences, parties, expos, exhibitions, award ceremonies and product launches throughout the UK and overseas.

THE ROLE

Due to the on-going successes, we are now seeking an experienced event Account Manager / Director to join this growing team! You will have the opportunity to shape the way the agency manages client relationships and project workflows. You will be the crucial link between the event design and production teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient project management and an exceptional client experience.

Key duties include:

• Main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication• Take and interpret client briefs• Coordinate internal teams (event design, production, logistics) • Implement and maintain project management systems to track workflow, deadlines, and deliverables

• Support in developing creative proposals and presentations

• Manage budgets, timelines, and supplier coordination• Conduct venue sourcing and site visits where required• Act as a mentor and guide for junior team members, fostering a collaborative work culture.

Clients should enjoy working with you, and internally, you will play a key role in aligning teams and keeping projects on track.  You will need to implement systems that streamline operations, ensuring that work is delivered on time and at the highest standard.
