TITLE: Events Creative GERMAN SALES MANAGER
LOCATION: London (City)
Work style: This is an office-based role
Hours : 8.30-5pm Mon-Fri
Salary : £45,000 p/a)+ double OTE( expected earnings in year one will be £90k) + generous holiday ( 25 days + 8 bank holidays + additional closure over Christmas)
The company
In this role you will join an international team in which you will nurture an existing client base and look to develop and expand those relationships . The " sales " element is really very much relationship-based and you will upsell and cross sell additional services . There will be some New Business Development too and cold calling and courtesy calling are important both to expand your client base and as a way of staying in touch with current clients and their projects

No other communication tool can get emotional responses from an audience as quickly and effectively as a documentary (their specialist area) …pictures have more impact than words and this is the environment in which you will add value to your clients
DUTIES:
The lead generation is already done for you. Your job is to engage with clients and new prospects and upsell and also close sales
- Nurture a portfolio of clients based in the DACH Region
- Take client briefs
- Speak to new and existing clients and introduce yourself In person and at events)
- act as the link between creative teams, advertising film-makers abd the client
- Suggest additional services ( upsell)
- You will need to work to sales revenue generation targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent German
- Previous Sales experience in events or creative arts
- Happy to be 100% office based
