What You'll Be Doing...
- Develop creative responses to client briefs to uphold the agency's reputation for innovation.
- Produce visually appealing and accurate client proposals that support the sales process and ensure profitability.
- Attend client and venue meetings.
- Create detailed technical specifications for each event to guide the technical team.
- Manage and report on event budgets, ensuring all financial information is correctly filed.
- Deliver high-standard live events on-site. (minimum of 4 events per month)
- Work with clients to encourage the booking of multiple events.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends, as business demands.
- Proven experience in event design and management.
- Strong creative and technical skills to develop client proposals and event specifications.
- Excellent budget management and reporting abilities.
- Ability to represent the company professionally in client and venue meetings.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard hours as needed.
- Team player mentality and ability to remain professional under pressure.
- A good knowledge of historic venues, caterers, and London specific events professionals.
- Competitive salary of 55,000 - 65,000 plus bonus.

- A training budget to encourage personal development alongside detialed progression plan to senior.
- Profit share scheme - adds between 10-15k to salary annually.
