Exciting Opportunity for an Entry-Level Events Executive!Are you full of energy, passion, and creativity? Do you have a love for people and a knack for problem-solving? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and imaginative individual to join a dynamic team at a world-class venue in London. As an Entry-Level Events Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional events, ensuring every detail is spot-on and every client is thrilled with the experience.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as one of the key points of contact, offering exceptional service and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, offering practical solutions.
  • Maintain clear communication throughout the planning and delivery process.
  • Provide support to Event Managers during larger events or conferences
Event Management
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events in meeting rooms and smaller conference spaces.
  • Manage logistics such as room setup, catering, AV needs, and delegate management.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure rooms meet client specifications.
  • Provide on-site support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
Operational Support
  • Work with internal teams (catering, facilities, technical support) for seamless delivery.
  • Monitor event schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records using event management software.
Post-Event Management
  • Gather client feedback to improve service quality.
  • Assist with post-event administrative tasks, including financial tracking and debriefs.
Skills & Experience:
  • Some events experience, whether this is in a job role or personal events experience is required (please ensure this experience is documented in your CV).
  • Passionate about events and delivering excellent client experiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and relationship building.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the spot.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
