- Serve as one of the key points of contact, offering exceptional service and ensuring client needs are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, offering practical solutions.
- Maintain clear communication throughout the planning and delivery process.
- Provide support to Event Managers during larger events or conferences
- Assist in planning and coordinating events in meeting rooms and smaller conference spaces.
- Manage logistics such as room setup, catering, AV needs, and delegate management.
- Conduct site visits and ensure rooms meet client specifications.
- Provide on-site support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams (catering, facilities, technical support) for seamless delivery.
- Monitor event schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records using event management software.
- Gather client feedback to improve service quality.
- Assist with post-event administrative tasks, including financial tracking and debriefs.
- Some events experience, whether this is in a job role or personal events experience is required (please ensure this experience is documented in your CV).
- Passionate about events and delivering excellent client experiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and relationship building.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the spot.
