*Please only apply if you are flexible to work adoc weekend days due to client events*Event Operations Manager – up to £40k DOE – Start ASAP – Full time in office Hours: 8am – 6pm A leading clinic in the heart of central London are seeking a pro-active, organised and dedicated Event's Operations Manager to join their team as soon as possible. They are looking for an experienced assistant who will be reporting directlyto the Founder, whilst working closely alongside the Finance Manager and Clinic Manager.This position also requires line management, therefore you will be working and managing a wonderful team of 6 (marketing, events and admin assistants).What you’ll do:
  • Oversee the companies training institute
  • Report directly to the Owner of the business
  • Oversee and help organise events 
  • Organise 4 events per week with around 20-40 students per event
  • Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the space efficiently
  • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and handle client queries
  • Manage databases and social media platforms
  • Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
  • Ensure insurance, legal, health & safety obligations are adhered to
  • Business development to find ways to grow sales & profit

  • Discretion and trustworthiness
  • Flexibility and adaptability are essential
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to be proactive and juggle multiple hats at the same time
  • Line management
  • Good IT knowledge
About you:
  • Outstanding organisational and co-ordination skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Extremely flexible on working hours and travelling to events
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation experience
  • The ability to work both individually and part of a team
  • Active user of social media networks
  • Experience leading a team is advantageous
