Event Producer - Digital B2B Roundtables & MeetingsLocation: Central London (Hybrid - 2 days in-office)Salary: Up to £40,000 + up to £5,000 performance bonus

Are you an experienced B2B event professional who thrives on creating high-impact, content-led events? We’re looking for an energetic and collaborative Event Producer to join our client's growing team and take ownership of a dynamic portfolio of senior-level digital roundtables and meetings.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, hands-on production role that blends event content creation, coordination, and audience engagement. You’ll be responsible for delivering around a large portfolio of small-scale events annually - predominantly digital, with 5-6 in-person sessions. These are intimate, high-value discussions (typically 1-hour sessions with 5-10 senior executives) driven by topical industry insights.

You’ll manage the full event lifecycle, including:

  • Agenda development based on client input - creating high quality topic ideas
  • Collaborating with marketing to drive registrations and attendance
  • Curating and qualifying audiences to ensure the right mix of participants
  • Scheduling and hosting events (both digital and in-person)
  • Maintaining timelines and the events calendar
  • Identifying and securing speakers
  • Post event reporting

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves end-to-end ownership of their projects, is confident liaising with senior stakeholders, and enjoys making things happen. You’ll be encouraged to bring new ideas to the table while working in a supportive, collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B event production, ideally within conferences, roundtables, or senior-level meetings
  • Strong organisational, multi tasking and project management skills
  • Confident, collaborative, and proactive - comfortable taking the lead
  • Able to work cross functionally
  • A genuine interest in curating insightful discussions and delivering excellent attendee experiences
  • Familiarity with digital event platforms and tools is a bonus

This position comes with some great benefits and flexibility.
