The Role

As Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the production department and its day to day output whilst also owning the delivery of flagship projects. Key responsibilities will include:

-          Leading the line management of the UK production team

-          Managing project allocation across the team and overseeing department output

-          Assessing overall department delivery in relation to quality and financial control

-          Upscaling the team with freelance support where required and managing resource

-          Identifying opportunity to streamline efficiencies and processes

-          Owning end to end production delivery of key projects

-          Managing production timelines, schedules and specifications

-          Leading key supplier relationships

-          Managing production budgets up to £2million

-          Assisting with the development of brand new event concepts

The Candidate

The ideal candidate with hold senior level production experience from within a full service or event production agency setting. We are looking for expertise within the end to end production delivery of theatrical, immersive, experiential or creatively led event projects. You will have evidenced leadership experience including line management, process development and day to day resourcing of a department.
