We're partnering with a TheChartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA), a globally recognised professional body dedicated to upholding excellence in the loss adjusting profession.
As CILA embark on an exciting period of transformation, this new role will be instrumental in enhancing the membership experience and delivering top-tier events.
As Events & Membership Officer, you will be responsible for the delivery of CILA's suite of member-centric events. A blend of virtual seminars and larger flagship in-person events (incl. an annual conference, dinner, and graduations day).
When you aren't coordinating events (60%) you will be wearing your membership engagement hat (40%) as the main point of contact for queries, managing their inbox, updating CRM and providing excellent member-care.

CILA is a small not for profit, with just 5 staff, so you can look forward to working with autonomy and in a truly collaborative, inclusive and relatively non-hierarchical working culture. You will have the opportunity to shape this new role, contributing to the evolution of both systems and process.

This role involves occasional UK travel, as well as a need to work outside core hours when required for events.
