We have an exciting opportunity for an events and finance support role within the dynamic and fast-paced world of professional sports. An interest in Martial arts is advantageous.

The role requires someone with excellent administrative skills, someone with experience of organising and logistics , strong attention to detail , strong academic background and excellent IT skills to support in the events and finance team.

Below are the primary duties for this role:

Administrative:

  • You will support the team with various office management tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. This includes managing emails, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and assisting with correspondence.

Travel Arrangements:

  • You'll be responsible for organising travel and accommodation for the team and event staff, ensuring logistics are arranged for both national and international events. This will require excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple schedules effectively.

Expenses Processing:

  • A key part of the role will involve processing expenses, ensuring that all financial documentation is accurate and timely. You will assist with tracking costs related to travel, accommodation, and event management, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Event Assistance:

  • You will play a critical role in assisting with the planning and execution of events, coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This may include liaising with suppliers, handling on-site logistics, and providing general event support.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proven organisational, coordination and logistics exp
  • Basic finance knowledge, particularly in expense processing
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed for events
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
