We are delighted to be partnering with an international charity to recruit a dynamic Events and Operations Manager.

This international charity empowers women all over the work so they can live to their full potential, enabling global economic gender justice.

The Events and Operations Manager will work at the heart of a busy, dynamic Fundraising Team supporting with various aspects of the fundraising process and playing a pivotal role in the team's coordination.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will lead the delivery of high-level donor events and international trips
  • You will coordinate cross-team activities
  • You will support senior staff with donor engagement and stewardship
  • You will use your organisational skills to streamline processes, improve team efficiency and drive operational improvements

The Events and Operations Manager will be systems orientated and highly organised. The successful candidate will be a multi-tasker who enjoys a fast-paced environment but is also a thoughtful relationship builder. You will be comfortable managing both behind the scenes and external facing tasks.

You will have demonstrable experience in an events management or customer-facing role, preferably in the charity sector. You will also be able to demonstrable strong project management experience and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to adapt your communication style for different audiences. You will have a positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to work flexibly.

An understanding of international development and a commitment to promoting women's economic empowerment and women's entrepreneurship is desirable, as is experience of managing a CRM systems, such as Raiser's Edge.
