The Role

As an Events Manager, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic marketing and business development team, delivering high-quality events that strengthen client relationships and showcase the firm's expertise. You will:? Lead the planning and execution of client and intermediary events, from exclusive dinners to large receptions (up to 300 guests)? Oversee select internal events, including diversity & inclusion initiatives and firm-wide celebrations? Manage end-to-end event logistics, ensuring flawless execution? Work closely with business development and key stakeholders to create engaging, strategic events? Over time, take on line management responsibilities for the Event Assistant

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded events professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring:?? Extensive event management experience within professional services?? A proven track record in planning and executing a variety of events, including VIP and hospitality-led experiences?? Strong supplier relationships and expertise in venue selection, contract negotiation, and budget management?? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills?? A calm, solution-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
