We are working in partnership with a household financial services name who are at the forefront of their industry when it comes to events. I'm looking to speak with skilled Events Executives / Event Officers / Events Manager to join their team. From my experience working with this client, I know they have a people focussed culture which would suit someone ambitious, eager to learn and passionate about delivering fantastic events.

You would be joining a forward thinking UK Events function backed by strong leadership and a very supportive team, collaborating closely with marketing and internal communications professionals, building external relationships and planning high-quality internal and corporate events.

This role would be perfect for someone 1-5 years into their Events Career, or possibility a graduate with project skills and events experience, who would like to join a well-known brand, manage their own events and learn from experienced talented Events Professionals in the team.

Working closely with the Senior Events Managers and Head of Events, you'll ensure events are flawlessly executed, reflect the brands values, and leave a lasting impression on attendees. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative team where attention to detail, creative thinking, and stakeholder engagement are key.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist in developing and implementing event plans aligned with business objectives - employee activities, hospitality events and more.
  • Coordinate and deliver events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Manage venue selection, supplier relationships, and ensure events run smoothly and within budget.
  • Collaborate with Communications teams to create event materials, such as invitations and promotional content.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and accurately track event-related expenses.
  • Support the Senior Events Managers in gathering and analysing Event Feedback to measure success and identify opportunities for future improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in corporate event and hospitality management, ideally within financial services or a large organisation but flexible on industry background.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of event management tools and best practices.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
