Events Operations Manager
Salary: £55k
Location: Battersea - this role will require regular travel around the UK
Hours: 40 hours a week - Monday - Friday with weekend work occasionally

In this dynamic role, you will lead the operations team to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest relations. Your organisational prowess and proactive communication will be vital in delivering outstanding service to guests, enhancing their journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and cultivate a motivated Operations team, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Guest Experience : Oversee journey planning, ensuring all guest needs, including dietary requests and special arrangements, are met with precision.
- Administrative Excellence : Produce detailed departure administration, manage bookings, and maintain accurate guest manifests.
- Operational Management : Monitor and manage the company systems for bookings and itineraries, ensuring a smooth operational flow.
- Supplier Relations : Authorise supplier invoices, manage contracts, and build strong relationships with external partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, prioritising the well-being of our guests and team members.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends and implement measures to enhance cost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the events or hospitality sector
- Happy to to travel around the UK
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across departments and with guests.
- A proactive problem-solver who can identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
