The Role:

This is an on-site role for an iconic, award-winning London venue currently undergoing a landmark transformation. As Events Project Manager, you'll act as the key liaison between clients and technical delivery teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of event-related technical services.

From interpreting client connectivity requirements to overseeing installations, resolving technical issues, and driving continuous improvement, you'll take ownership of service delivery across a dynamic event space known for exceptional customer service.

  • Translate organiser and exhibitor requirements into deliverable technical services
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure feasibility and timely installations
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and delivery teams during events
  • Deliver clear technical briefs and support on-site execution
  • Identify risks and implement solutions quickly and efficiently
  • Monitor installation team performance and escalate issues as needed
  • Drive service innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement across the board
  • Support and develop team members to uphold a culture of operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience in a technical or events environment
  • Strong understanding of large-scale event logistics and technical service delivery
  • Extensive customer-facing experience with a strategic mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project planning tools
  • Experience mentoring teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible and comfortable working outside standard hours when events require

Desirable:

  • ICT or technical qualifications (e.g. Level 1 Certificate in ICT Professional Competence or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with health & safety, compliance, and service documentation in live event settings
