My client is a specialist consultancy looking for a talented and proactive Marketing and Events Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of integrated campaigns and events that elevate brand visibility, engage key audiences, and support the business's continued growth.

The Role:

- Own and manage the social media calendar, drafting and scheduling engaging content across platforms.- Coordinate content promotion via email, website, and social media to amplify reach and improve customer engagement.- Develop new content ideas aligned with key business activities such as events, reports, training, and legal updates.- Manage website content - building new pages, uploading assets, and optimising for SEO.- Create engaging visual and video content to support marketing campaigns.- Manage email marketing campaigns, including building landing pages, forms, and email workflows (experience with HubSpot a bonus).- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements based on key metrics.- Provide general marketing support and admin as needed across teams.

Event Planning & Management:

- Plan and deliver a variety of events, launches and promotional activities.- Liaise with vendors, venues and sponsors to ensure smooth execution.- Promote events via email, print, and social channels.- Manage all aspects of event registration, guest lists, and logistics.- Oversee event setup, run-of-show, and live coordination on the day.

Your Experience:

- Strong campaign mindset, with the ability to align activity to business goals.- Proven event planning and execution skills.- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading ability.- Good time management and ability to juggle multiple projects.- Working knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and performance metrics.- Eye for detail and ability to uphold brand voice across all channels.- Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills.- Proficiency with MS Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and marketing systems (HubSpot, CMS, etc.).
