We are looking for an experienced Membership and Events Administrator to manage our clients' key services and help deliver high-quality events. You'll be responsible for handling enquiries, maintaining membership records, and supporting the coordination of corporate events, such as educational courses and flagship annual dinners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and possess strong organisational and communication skills.

Membership Administration:

  • Handle membership enquiries and process updates and renewals
  • Manage the membership CRM system and ensure records are up to date
  • Process membership invoices and support the annual renewal process
  • Provide administrative assistance for membership marketing activities

Event Administration:

  • Organise and support the logistics for various events, including taking ownership of their educational courses and corporate functions
  • Manage delegate registration, invoicing, and communications
  • Liaise with venues and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of the company's annual dinner
  • Create and update content for event apps and provide general event support

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using CRM systems (desirable)
  • Flexible, positive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

£30k-£35k depending on experience - Monday to Friday
