We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our international team!As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations across various aspects. You will work from home, with occasional face-to-face meetings in London and some international travel for events.We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree, excellent numerical skills, and proven experience with CRM platforms. You should be highly organised, have outstanding attention to detail, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management, as well as fluency in English and Spanish, are essential. Remote working, with 2 monthly meetings in London and international travel for events management (twice a year for approximately 2 weeks at a time)..

37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.

Annual Leave: 20 days, with an additional day’s holiday for each completed year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days, plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Have a good working knowledge of AI and its capabilitiesMaintain membership database Oversee compliance with Employment and Health and Safety Regulations (training provided).Handle invoicing and follow-up with members and debtors in coordination with the bookkeeper.Respond to membership enquiries and process applications and cancellations.Distribute news, and other communications to members.Assist in the preparation of events, including venue, suppliers, logistics, online meeting space, and contracts.You will have: Bachelor’s degree, excellent numerical skills, CRM platform experience, high organisation and attention to detail, hands-on attitude, strong interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office and project management skills, fluent English, and Spanish, high levels of customer service skills.Event management experience would be a huge advantage.Take the next step in your career and apply today!
