Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and personable Partnerships Manager to join our team and work directly with our Head of Partnerships in driving new business and putting on world-class ecommerce events every single month.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple events end-to-end every month in London, organizing virtual events, fostering relationships with partners and clients, and converting event attendees into sales meetings.

We are looking for a charismatic, high-energy individual who loves the idea of connecting with people at networking events and is comfortable in supporting the sales team to drive new business revenue from this channel.Responsibilities:

Responsibilities? Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.? Organize and manage both physical and virtual events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, agenda development, and attendee management.? Support the sales team to drive proposals and discovery calls from events we have hosted that month.? Assist in creating promotional materials and communications for partnerships and events.? Support in building new partnerships with agencies and tech providers within our ecosystem.? Liaise with partners, clients, and sponsors to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables for each event.? Assist in the development and implementation of partnership strategies to drive business growth and expand our network within the e-commerce sector.? Provide administrative support to the Head of Partnerships, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.? Supporting in some post-event sales activity including calling attendees, joining discovery calls and leading email outreach to book in sales meetings.

Requirements? Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.? A sales and new business mindset that supports our mission to significantly grow revenue achieved from this channel.? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and team members.? Previous experience in the e-commerce sector is ideal but not essential.? A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the overall success of the team.
