Production Operations Coordinator, Experiences (French/Italian)Location: UK, LondonLength: 4 monthsRate: £28.84 p/h (Inside IR35)Hours: 40 hoursDuties:
  • Support and execute end-to-end production workflows to deliver successful productions and high-quality guest experiences
  • Support internal production leads with experiences and event logistics and coordination
  • Manage and engage with our guests (online) by responding to messages in a timely and authentic manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive optimization of guest communications including drafting and maintaining FAQs, informing best practices, and sharing learnings with key stakeholders
  • Adopt, develop, and master internal tools, training, and processes that drive daily production operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Act as an advocate for guests and supporting initiatives that improve the overall experience for internal teams and external guests
Essential Skills:
  • 4+ years in event production, hospitality, or social media community management
  • 4+ years in a client-facing or guest-facing role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly and effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Knowledge of creative and production workflows
  • Fluent in English and French or Italian
