The multi-purpose venue offers a versatile backdrop for a wide range of business and works with a broad range of impressive clients.

The Role

With a number of exciting developments currently taking place and an ever-expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join the team. This is a broad role that includes:

-          Leading relationships and accounts with key clients

-          Acting as first point of contact for incoming enquiries

-          Encouraging repeat business from previous and lapsed clients 

-          Taking and interrogating detailed client briefs

-          Preparing proposals and guiding clients on bespoke solutions in line with the brief

-          Managing site visits and client meetings

-          Negotiating and finalising contract terms

-          Briefing the internal event delivery team

-          Supporting the Head of Sales with department planning and processes

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous solid experience in medium/large scale venue sales. This role would be perfect for an existing Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Manager who has experience in successfully converting incoming enquiries and actively growing and developing client accounts. With a lively and sociable team, this role would suit an individual with an ambitious and driven demeanour.
