An exciting opportunity for an experienced Conference Producer to lead the curation, planning, and execution of high-impact executive Tech events. This Conference producer role is perfect for someone passionate about crafting exclusive, content-rich small and high value events that facilitate discussions and networking experiences for senior industry leaders.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced conference producer (2+ years of experience) and a strategic thinker who thrives on building industry relationships and shaping thought leadership content that addresses real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and deliver an exclusive portfolio of roundtable discussions and executive meetings for senior Tech professionals.
• Research, develop, and execute high-quality content and event agendas that drive real impact.
• Engage and recruit C-suite participants, speakers, and thought leaders to ensure compelling discussions.
• Collaborate closely with Internal stakeholders to align event content with industry needs.
• Leverage research and data insights to craft timely, relevant event themes.
• Work closely with internal marketing teams to drive audience engagement and event visibility.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in conference production and a background in technology-focused events is a plus.
• Ability to engage with and build relationships with C-level executives.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, engaging content that drives industry conversations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify industry trends and translate them into compelling event topics.
• A collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented approach to event production.
