Are you a senior conference producer with 5+ years of experience, including substantial engagement with Fortune 100 CEOs and government leaders? Do you have a strong background in broad strategic events and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with editorial and communications teams?

The role

We’re looking for a Senior Conference Production Lead to take charge of a flagship live B2B event, ensuring it stands out as a must-attend experience. If you love crafting compelling event agendas, securing high-profile speakers, and driving commercial success, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Event Success - Own the end-to-end conference production of a market-leading event, managing timelines and delivering on revenue, attendance, and marketing goals.
  • Speaker & Content Strategy - Recruit and manage relationships with A-list speakers, working closely with editorial teams to shape an engaging agenda.
  • Project & Team Leadership - Act as the central driver of event delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build an outstanding event product.
  • Mentorship & Development - Support and guide junior producers, overseeing deadlines, event performance, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborative Stakeholder Management

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strong commercial mindset, with a proven track record of growing successful and high profile B2B events.
