Temporary Marketing & Events Executive - Central London, SW1A - Immediate Start - 3-6 months assignment - £15-£18/hour
We have a great temporary opportunity available for an experienced generalist Marketing Executive, with a polished, professional and proactive nature,to join a professional services firm on a 3-6 months assignment.
This is a gem of a temp opportunity for a strong marketer, with good organisational skills, excellent written and spoken communication capabilities and generalist professional services marketing and events experience including content creation, marketing collateral production, event coordination and CRM maintenance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining databases and records
- Creating and submitting marketing materials for compliance review
- Creating and submitting blogs
- Assisting with planning and coordinating logistics for events and conferences
- Sourcing and ordering promotional material for events
- Scheduling and coordinating pre-event briefing calls and debrief meetings
- Diarising events for all stakeholders
- Coordinating travel arrangements
We’re looking for:
- Generalist marketing experience gained in a professional services environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Meticulous eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional level of personal presentation
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Proactive and energetic 'can-do’ attitude
- Team player who enjoys using their initiative
- Able to work effectively in a busy and sometimes pressurised environment
- Available imminently and able to commit to a 3-6 month assignment
- Ability to provide two recent, professional references
- Eligible to work in the UK
