The role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in various tasks that contribute to the company’s success.

**Position Summary:** The successful candidate will assume a varied role that encompasses event management, office management, and support for senior leadership. This multifaceted position is crucial to ensuring smooth operations at the Satellite London Office located in the Covent Garden area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Event Management:**- Organize and manage milestone celebrations for projects, such as sod-cutting ceremonies, Topping Out celebrations, and completion events, ensuring the involvement and satisfaction of clients.- Plan and execute corporate events, seminars, award dinners, and entertainment engagements for clients.

2. **Award Coordination:**- Collaborate with the team to coordinate and assist in preparing submissions for industry awards, highlighting the company's achievements and projects.

3. **Reception / Office Management:**- Oversee the reception area of the Satellite London Office, ensuring a welcoming environment for the 20-26 permanent staff and visiting personnel.- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance to facilitate a productive work environment.

4. **Support for Leadership:**- Provide occasional support to board directors (8 individuals) and business development leads (2 individuals), ensuring that their requests for assistance are met efficiently while maintaining a professional working relationship.

5. **Future Growth Potential:**- Contribute to the transition to a new office, which will house the company alongside several other tenants. With the anticipated growth of the team, there is an opportunity for the candidate to advance into a management role overseeing additional staff members.

**Working Hours:** The office operates within a schedule of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

**Location:** Covent Garden area.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
