Masala Zone Restaurants comprises of 4 sites in Central London - Piccadilly, Covent Garden, Soho & Earls Court. Amaya (Michelin Star) , Chutney Mary, Veeraswamy (Michelin Star) restaurants are also part of this collection. They are all acclaimed & regarded as amongst the best of their type irrespective of cuisine.

Assistant Manager Requirements:Leading service from the front
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Support the Manager in all aspects of the business
- Previous experience within a similar environment
