What Youll Be Doing:

  • Helping run the show alongside the General Manager from staffing and stock control to smashing sales targets.
  • Leading a top-notch team to deliver incredible customer service.
  • Getting stuck into staff training and development.
  • Managing bookings, events, and promotions think epic live music nights and buzzing match-day vibes.
  • Keeping everything compliant licensing laws, health & safety, and company policies.
  • Handling customer feedback and making sure everyone leaves with a smile.
  • Keeping stock in check and working with suppliers.
  • Getting involved in marketing and social media to put The Boundary on the map!
