Role: Business Support ExecutiveLocation: Stratford hybridTerm: Temporary (could go FTC or permanent)Salary: £31,075 (hourly while temp)Operational Hours: 37.5 Mon-FriMy Stratford based client is looking to recruit a Business Support Executive on a hybrid basis to support the business stakeholders.As a Business Support Executive you will be a key member of the Centre of Excellence team, which ensures high standards and quality delivery of key administrative duties at a senior level (mainly C-suite level).Working closely with the Business Managers to understand their needs and expectations, delivering tailored solutions that suit their goals and maintaining relationships are critical functions for the Business Support Executive.The main duties and responsibilities of the Business Support Executive:

  • Assisting with various administrative tasks including:
  • Inbox and diary management
  • PA support (travel bookings, event co-ordination)
  • Document production, data entry and financial administration
  • Ad hoc work including formatting of documents, data entry and proof reading
  • Keep in regular contact with the senior team and proactively manage their expectations
  • Ensure to communicate any client request to the Business Support Executive team
  • Sending task reports and status updates from the Business Support Executive team to the senior management team
