My client is seeking to hire an experienced Company Secretary to join a dynamic corporate team. This role involves providing specialised company secretarial advice and support for complex transactions, managing the company secretarial records for approximately 300 entities. As Company Secretary, your duties will include:

  • Maintain statutory registers and oversee annual compliance
  • Draft corporate documents for AGMs, share capital changes, and more
  • Provide advice on corporate transactions, including reorganisations and acquisitions
  • Assist in training and supporting new team members

Key Skills:

  • Fully CGI qualified with 5+ years of experience in legal or professional services
  • In-depth knowledge of Company Law and Practice
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in IT, especially with Blueprint or similar systems

Hybrid working:

This role offers hybrid working with three days per week in the office.
