Corporate Legal PA

US Law Firm renowned for its innovation and excellence in client service is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Corporate Legal PA to join their London office.  In this role, you will manage multiple priorities and provide seamless support to leading corporate lawyers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Salary to £58,000
  • 09:30-18:00 working hours
  • Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)

Corporate Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full Legal secretarial and administration duties for London Lawyers, as directed by London Partners or Director of Administration
  • Full diary management, read and delegate all incoming emails
  • Extensive travel arrangement such as flights, hotels, trains, etc. and produce detailed travel itineraries
  • Draft agreements and engagement letters along with obtaining KYC documentation
  • Open and close files/matters
  • Production and printing of client documents and bundles as required
  • Support the client billing process
  • Prepare visual diagrams and PowerPoint presentations
  • Produce expense reports

Corporate Legal PA Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a Legal Secretary role
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Previous experience and deep expertise of using document management and e-filing systems
