Leading global investment management firm with a long established, enviable portfolio of clients is currently recruiting an experienced corporate / Finance Executive Assistant/PA to support their investment team including four at Partner/Director level and four Associates. You will be an integral part of the team, providing extensive business support duties, developing a rapport with HNWC’s and working on investment projects. You will initially join the team on a temporary basis with the view of permanency longer term to ensure the right dynamic. Based in stunning, open plan offices in the heart of the City, with over 200 staff. Key duties:

  • Extensive diary and travel management
  • Coordinating client meetings and preparation of all doc, documentation/presentations
  • Liaising with HNWC’s in person and over the phone to develop a rapport
  • Assisting with company events, lunches and dinners
  • Undertaking research on behalf of the investment team
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and following up all action points

Ideal Executive Assistant/PA:

  • Ideally 5-10 years as an experienced EA/PA
  • Boutique corporate finance experience
  • Experience of supporting at Director/Partner level
  • Longevity in each role (minimum 2-4 years)
  • Client centric, well presented, articulate and confident
  • Proactive, solution finder, highly organised and professional
  • Ideally on short notice/immediately available to undertake a temporary role initially

Hours: 9-6pm / 8-5pm (depending on your situation), office based 5 days.
