  • Provide high-level executive support to 2 including complex diary management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
  • Act as a liaison for senior stakeholders and manage confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Lead and manage a team of EAs and PAs, overseeing performance, development, training, and workload distribution
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, briefings, and logistical support for national and international engagements
  • Maintain operational excellence, including the handling of expenses, purchase orders, and governance support
  • Drive efficiency in processes and contribute to high-value strategic projects
What background and experience is the company looking for?
  • Significant experience providing executive-level support, ideally within complex or high-profile organisations
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performing support teams
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple demands
  • Strong communication skills, able to adapt to a range of stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and Zoom, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • A genuine interest in or exposure to data science, policy, or research environments is a plus
