An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and dedicated C-Suite Executive Assistant to join a leading global sports corporation, renowned for hosting some of the world's most competitive and captivating sporting events. This role offers a unique chance for a driven and graduate-level EA with experience in Banking, Finance, or Professional Services to collaborate with top-tier professionals in one of the most dynamic organizations.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be an integral part of the Executive Office, which is responsible for overseeing the company's core operations, including regulatory, legal, and political matters, strategic planning, and broadcasting rights. Your primary responsibility, making up 80% of your role, will be the meticulous management of the CEO’s diary and inbox, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

This position demands a high level of articulate, efficient, and detail-oriented support to the CEO and Board. You will manage complex and ever-changing schedules, coordinate international travel, prepare briefing papers, and act as a gatekeeper with diplomacy and tact. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of high-quality reports, presentations, and other essential documents.

Ideal candidates will bring several years’ experience, preferably at Board level, with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should be a meticulous organizer with a proactive mindset and outstanding attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, a resilient demeanour, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.

While secretarial qualifications and/or a degree are preferred, along with demonstrated long-term experience, this 1:1 role is perfect for an Executive Assistant who is at the top of their game and seeking a challenging position in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a 4-day office-based role (1 day working from home) located in Central London, requiring flexibility beyond traditional 9-5 hours, including occasional evening and weekend support.
