With a global client base and a commitment to excellence, we're looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. If you're looking for an exciting and dynamic role with a chance to make a real impact, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Be DoingAs the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the CEO's day-to-day activities and coordinating key projects. Your role will involve a mix of high-level diary management, project coordination, research, event organisation, and communication with both clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Extensive diary and email management for the CEO
  • Conducting thorough research and preparing meeting notes
  • Managing and coordinating 10-15 live assignments, ensuring smooth progress from start to finish
  • Attending key meetings with the CEO and the team to ensure operations are running smoothly
  • Supporting business development initiatives and scheduling critical meetings
  • Organising and hosting events when in London
  • Managing the CEO's LinkedIn, health claims, and database
  • Assisting in travel arrangements and covering colleagues' duties in their absence
  • Organising company events

This role offers variety and requires someone who is highly organised, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
