- Book and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Organise quarterly board meetings, managing logistics for international attendees. This includes booking travel, preparing materials, and overseeing deadlines to ensure timely delivery of board packs.
- Update and refine PowerPoint presentations for board meetings, internal communications, and events.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and the Executive team, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on key initiatives.
