EA to CEO

£35,000 - 60,000 (depending on experience and location)

We are urgently seeking a high performing EA to support a charismatic and demanding CEO and other members of the leadership team for a dynamic global Tech company.

You will be a commercial savvy Senior Executive Assistant who is immediately able to work from either the London or Newcastle office a few days per week and set up to work remotely for the rest of the time.

We are ideally seeking EAs with experience either in Tech, Start up, Consultancy or Private Equity.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant who can prove themselves to be an invaluable right hand Executive Assistant to the CEO & Exec leadership team.

You will have extensive experience in CEO level scheduling, proven ability to work at an extremely fast pace and exposure to a global environment, your skills will also cover creating high quality and timely board packs and other documents.

Duties:

  • Comprehensive management of the CEO’s and CFO’s diary
  • Inbox management as appropriate
  • Booking and organising travel for the CEO and CFO, including managing any visa requirements.
  • Organise meetings with internal and external stakeholders throughout the year
  • Booking meeting rooms, international conference calls, organise catering and refreshments when required
  • Preparing board packs, presentations and papers
  • Attending Board and executive team meetings with the CEO in order to take and publish meeting minutes
  • Complete expenses approvals in accordance with specified time scales and company policies.
  • Assist other members of the leadership team and staff generally when secretarial support is not available to them.
