Up to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits

Due to rapid and exciting business growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a boutique financial services company based in central London. Our client, a specialist lending company, is seeking an experienced EA to provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff, CEO and other members of the SLT. Due to the fast-paced nature of the role, candidates must have experience with supporting multiple people simultaneously, as well as handling last-minute requests.
Duties of the Executive Assistant to include:
- Extensive diary and travel management and coordination. To include domestic and international travel.
- Manage team scheduling, including booking meeting rooms and video calls, sending invites, and ensuring boardroom tidiness and supplies.
- Provide daily support to senior team members, including diary and email management, and preparing meeting notes and agendas.
- Support the CEO with tasks such as email monitoring (20+ accounts), dictation, preparing meeting notes, and sending investor transaction updates.
- Assist with reporting (weekly/monthly), monitoring email accounts (4-hour turnaround), and maintaining team holiday/sickness records.
- Provide administrative support during holiday/sickness cover.
- Assist with corporate gifting, sports ticket sourcing, and event management.
- Coordinate team travel and accommodation, ensuring all necessary information (tickets, directions, dress codes) is communicated in advance.
Requirements for the successful Executive Assistant:
- Candidates must have proven experience working to support C-Suite Executives within the professional services industry.
- Proven experience supporting multiple individuals with complex diary and travel management.
- Proactive, personable, and articulate, with a commitment to high-quality, accurate work.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and possess excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including experience managing confidential business correspondence.
- Ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
