  • Complex diary and meeting management for the Head of IR
  • Coordinating investor roadshows and meetings with LPs
  • Managing correspondence and acting as a key point of contact
  • Supporting the buildout of the IR function – processes, structure, systems
  • Handling confidential documents and presentations with discretion
  • Offering strategic support and being one step ahead at all times
? About You:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment – finance, PE, VC, or similar
  • Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
  • Confident, adaptable, and driven – you thrive in fast-moving and evolving settings
  • Friendly, collaborative, and resilient with a can-do attitude
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
