- Act as the primary point of contact for business-related matters, managing correspondence, emails, and calls with discretion
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate client meetings, lunches, and dinners as directed by the senior executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings
- Book complex and ever-changing travel arrangements to the Middle East, Europe, and occasionally Boston
- Liaise with key stakeholders, business associates, and legal teams
- Assist with managing financial matters, including expenses and invoices
- Manage personal appointments, healthcare schedules, and travel itineraries for the family
- Coordinate personal phone contracts and oversee household HR functions, including payroll and staff management
- Oversee household invoices and service contracts
- Plan and organise social engagements, private events, and family gatherings
- Handle personal projects, errands, and ad hoc tasks with discretion
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting a High-Net-Worth individual or C-suite executive within Finance.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanour
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tools
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside of standard hours as required
