A Global Sporting Group are looking for an EA to the CEO, offering comprehensive assistance to the CEO. This position is ideal for an individual who flourishes in a dynamic and demanding environment, possessing exceptional organisational and communication skills with extensive experience at a C-Suite level.

Description

The successful candidate will have the chance to work 1:1 with the CEO of a global sporting group, contributing significantly to the smooth running of operations. This full-time position is based in London, offering a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £75,000 + benefits.

5 days a week in the office - however flexibility with 1 day working from home when calenders allow and WFH when C-Suite are travelling.

What you'll do:As an Executive Assistant to C-Suite, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing comprehensive diary, calender and travel mangmenet support to the Chief Executive, managing complex diaries, handling internal and external enquiries, and coordinating travel logistics. Your ability to multi-task, establish excellent working relationships, and maintain high levels of accuracy in your work will be key to your success in this role.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Executive including managing complex and changeable diaries
  • Act as the initial point of contact for internal and external enquiries to the Chief Executive and Executive Office
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Executive Planning and Senior Executive Planning Manager to ensure relevant meeting papers and briefing documents are prepared and delivered on time
  • Monitor the Chief Executive's correspondence and action as required
  • Arrange national and international travel logistics for the Chief Executive
  • Maintain efficient electronic and paper filing systems for the Chief Executive and Executive Office
  • Process expenses and invoices
  • Organise internal and external meetings, collating agendas, supporting papers and minutes

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role will bring significant experience from a similar position at C-Suite/Board Level. You will have first-class Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Teams, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Your exceptional organisational ability will enable you to forward plan, prioritise effectively and handle competing demands under pressure. A keen eye for detail and deadlines is essential, as is the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A hardworking, self-motivated and proactive attitude will be key to your success in this role.

  • First class Microsoft Office skills (especially in Teams, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
