We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a Family Office located in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and play a key role in managing various aspects of the principal’s life, including personal affairs, multiple properties, and business interests across the music, film, and television industries. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role, ideally suited to candidates with experience supporting UHNWIs or those from a yachting background. While experience in music, television, media, or the arts is a plus, it is not essential. You will be a highly organised and operationally skilled individual with the energy, commitment, and expertise to manage the principal’s complex professional and personal schedules across multiple time zones and industries. The Executive Assistant will collaborate with a wider team to provide business and lifestyle management, travel coordination, and bookings. As the primary point of contact, the EA will offer comprehensive support, proactively anticipating needs and consistently delivering beyond expectations. This role is based in the principal’s home office near Henley-on-Thames, and the successful candidate should reside in or near the local area. The position operates Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for evenings and weekends when necessary. Frequent travel, particularly to the US, including cities such as Los Angeles and NYC, may also be required. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong emotional intelligence, loyalty, and a proactive mindset. They should be adept at processing large volumes of information and turning it into actionable tasks. With exceptional organisational skills, a solution-focused approach, and a commitment to excellence, they will ensure the seamless management of the principal’s personal and business affairs.
