The Artist is seeking an extraordinary Executive Assistant and Studio Manager. This is not just a support role—it's an opportunity to work alongside a creative powerhouse.


The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in dynamic, high-energy environments and is ready to manage the complexities of a fast-paced creative studio. As the client's Executive Assistant and Studio Manager, you will be the cornerstone of his day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will be expected to manage their schedule, coordinate shoots, liaise with high-profile clients and collaborators, and ensure that the studio operates efficiently. Beyond administrative tasks, you will also serve as a critical support in facilitating the client's creative projects, from managing production logistics to overseeing the studio's organizational systems. This role requires a proactive, highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to anticipate the Artist's needs. You must be comfortable working with leading figures in fashion, film, and art, whilst maintaining a professional demeanour in a fast-moving and often unpredictable environment. Discretion, resourcefulness, and a passion for the creative industries are essential. This is a unique opportunity for someone who shares the client's passion for boundary[1]pushing creativity. The ideal candidate will have substantial previous experience working in an administrative/operational/support capacity for a senior figure or company, ideally from the entertainment/arts world. You must have proven experience running both a clients personal life as well as organising every aspect of their business, ideally with some previous exposure to booking and running studios. This is not a 9-5 role and requires someone who is available to work and travel at short notice. Its full-time studio/office based.
