Role: Executive Assistant & Divisional Administrator to the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Reports to: Head of Executive Office and EA to the Chief Executive

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum DOE

Place of work: London, with travel to other locations as required. Hybrid working with a minimum 3 days in the Coliseum Theatre.

Hours of work: 35 hours per week usually 10am to 6pm although flexibility to work outside these times is required.

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the COO and CFO. This role will coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare and organise strategic materials and plans, and support internal and external meetings and the preparation of associated materials. This role serves as the trusted partner to the COO and CFO, connecting organisations, projects, and critical business information, ensuring meetings and materials are efficient and effective.

The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the COO and CFO needs. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanour across a broad range of individuals including members of the Executive Team, Senior Management Team, Board of Directors, and leaders that report to the Executive Directors. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and company information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
