We have a superb opportunity for an EA to join a prestigious Investment Bank, located in Mayfair. The successful EA will be supporting a SMD along with a small team. The Executive Assistant will be have previous experience working within Investment Banking, be flexible, with a proactive approach and happy to be in the office 4/5 days a week.Please note: You MUST have Investment Banking experience to be consideredRole: Executive Assistant Industry: Investment Banking Where: Mayfair, LondonWhen: Monday - Friday / 09:00 - 17:00 / 4 or 5 days in office depending on workloadSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + bonus Type: Permanent positionWhat you’ll do:
  • Complex diary management for the Senior Managing Director
  • Extensive multi-stop travel arrangements including itineraries
  • Organise corporate events and dinners.
  • Processing expenses
  • Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects and tasks.
  • Regularly update company CRM (SalesForce) contact database.
  • Ensure all meeting documentation is prepared ahead of meetings
  • Assist with any personal admin as required
  • Extensive stakeholder liaison.
What you’ll need:
  • 10+ years experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and able to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to support with any urgent requests
