Our client, a world-renowned technology business, is looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to two senior Directors within a dynamic, fast-paced global team.

This would suit someone with strong experience in large businesses as an executive / personal assistant who is looking to add a great brand to their CV in a long-term contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level, tailored administrative support to two Senior Directors, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Own complex diary management, including global meetings, video conferences, and last-minute schedule changes.
- Coordinate intricate international and domestic travel - flights, accommodation, and all logistics.
- Support financial processes such as raising purchase requisitions, processing expenses, and managing vendor creation.
- Plan and execute internal events, executive visits, and strategic planning cycles.
- Partner with teams across Europe and globally to drive collaboration and consistency.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior Leaders at large, complex organisations.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive mindset - able to stay calm under pressure and thrive in ambiguity.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Discretion and diplomacy when managing sensitive matters.
- Proficiency with Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
- International experience would be a huge bonus, though not essential.
