Executive Assistant - Music Tech!

Are you an EA looking for a role with a difference? Do you want to join a groundbreaking Tech company revolutionising the world of music?

This role is an exceptional opportunity for an Executive Assistant who enjoys the pace and agility of a start-up environment and loves to provide structure and support to a visionary CEO!

You would be based five days per week in the stunning studio in North London and be an absolutely key member of the team providing pivotal support to the CEO!

The role

  • Provide a full 360 Business EA Service to the CDEO
  • Draft emails and correspondence using the correct tone
  • Liaise with all stakeholders from board members, investors, colleagues and clients
  • Deftly manage an extremely busy and agile schedule
  • Coordinate a high volume of travel, meetings, logistics and events
  • Collaborate and engage with the OM & the Private PA
  • Create decks, presentations documents and slides,
  • Capture actions, ensure projects are on track
  • Provide a trusted and discrete sounding board to the CEO
  • And so much more!!

You

  • Experienced EA with proven ability to support a demanding senior executive within an agile environment
  • Resilient, thrive under pressure and love finding solutions
  • Able to balance a high volume of requests and actions without dropping a ball
  • A natural relationship builder
  • Empathetic, able to read the room and act with respect, compassion and integrity at all times
