Are you ready to step into a dynamic role offering Executive Assistance to our clients Operations Partner? We're searching for a dedicated individual with a meticulous eye for detail, impeccable organisational skills, and a proactive approach. In this position, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive Secretarial and Administrative support, this is a very fast paced environment, so our client is in need of a candidate who can ensure everything will run efficiently and smoothly.

What you will do:

In this role, you will provide 1:2 support to the Operating Partner, with occasional assistance to the CFO. Acting as the primary contact for the Operating Partner, you'll liaise with partners, investors, and external stakeholders. You will manage full calendar operations, scheduling meetings and ensuring seamless coordination and alignment among partners and their executive assistants. Your responsibilities will include inbox management and correspondence, drafting emails and formal communications, and proofreading sensitive and technical documents for accuracy. You will also handle expense and credit card transactions, oversee end-to-end travel arrangements with consideration of time zones, and format information for internal and external communications, such as memos, presentations, and reports. Throughout, you will demonstrate commercial awareness and business acumen in all tasks.
