- Coordinate international travel plans, including itinerary creation, visas, and ensuring a flawless travel experience.

- Serve as the first point of contact for Senior internal and external Sakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within Private Equity or a similar fast-paced financial services environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
