- Complex diary management.
- Provide EA support to the team.
- Schedule internal and external meetings.
- Schedule calls via Teams and Zoom.
- Arrange travel and accommodation across Europe and the UK.
- Monthly expenses.
- Use an updated CRM system.
- Work alongside other EA's to ensure all teams are supported during absences.
- Ability to perform under pressure and prioritise workloads.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Someone who is able to work efficiently in a small close knit team.
