You will join the business initially as a Float EA and have the opportunity to experience the EA role within different practice areas before choosing to settle with a fixed team to support on a 1:2 basis.   • Manage extremely busy executive calendars efficiently, ensuring optimal use of time.
  • Full inbox management and regular liaison with C-suite-level external stakeholders
  • Prepare confidential documents, reports, and briefings for executive review (excellent MS Word skills essential)
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.
  • Plan and organise corporate events, meetings, and other engagements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coverage for clients within the office.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role within a client-facing, professional services role (ideally leadership consulting, executive search or similar)
  • High attention to detail with exceptional proof-reading skills
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Outlook,and Excel
  • Degree qualification or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
