We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide invaluable support to their visionary Founder. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial and exciting business where no two days will be the same.

About the Role:

As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the Founder's busy schedule, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing proactive support across a wide range of business and personal matters.

Your Executive Assistant duties will include:

  • Diary and calendar management
  • Travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and visas
  • Expense management and invoicing
  • Meeting preparation and coordination
  • Screening and handling phone calls and emails
  • Managing personal tasks, such as household errands and appointments

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Proactive and able to anticipate the Founder's needs
  • Discreet and trustworthy
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Confident and able to build strong relationships
  • Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure
